Labor Art

I really enjoyed our class the other day, and it definitely gave me more ideas to incorporate into my paper.  Since that class I have been looking up songs, artwork, and poems that I might use in my paper to even further understand the lives of the workers for Pullman, and the labor at the time.

So I am sitting here with all my tissues and covered in blankets, without a voice.  I feel terrible because I missed this class both days last week.  Talk about slacking!  I have been sick for the past two weeks and it just been getting worse and worse, and I am definitely falling behind.  However, this has given me a good chance to just take time to sit around and read the books I have gotten from the library about my topic, the Pullman neighborhood.  My research has actually been pretty interesting, and I am learning a lot about the company, the neighborhood, and the city I grew up in.  I have not, written a blog in about two weeks though! I have been writing one, it is a timeline, but I have not yet posted it.  But I am still here, and am catching up, and that post will be up soon!
